Simple answers to common questions

Can I use my own or existing phones and hardware?

Generally yes. Some phone companies lock their phones and older phones may require an adapter. Contact us with brand and model number of your phone, and we’d be happy to help determine with you.

What if I call internationally?

We include free calling to anywhere in the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico. If you enable international calling and call a different country, we’ll charge a per-minute rate on your next bill. International rates can be found here, and vary by destination.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?

Yes, you can easily upgrade your account and add add-ons at anytime. Simply contact our Concierge Team for assistance and activation.

Are there contracts?

We offer a variety of different types of accounts from month-to-month to multi-year terms for discounts.

Do you offer on-site assistance?

Yes, we offer personalized set-up and support on-site with our network of certified and insured local consultants. Our consultants are trained and are matched with one our Concierge Team members during your appointment to ensure the best and most efficient service and support. Contact our Concierge Team to schedule an appointment.

Can I bring my existing numbers?

Yes, we’ll gladly help you port your existing number to us for free. This process usually takes a week or two, and we’ll offer a temporary number if you need to immediately forward calls to our service.

What is your Wireless Data coverage?

smpl combines the best of AT&T and T-Mobile’s 4G/5G networks for providing Fresh Wireless and back-up internet solutions. Check out their sites for the latest coverages.

Can I mail in a payment?

Yes, we accept checks to the address listed above. Note that it may take a few days to reach us and post to your account.

Do you offer custom soltuons?

Yes, our “smpl by Design” is a professional service for custom solutions and integrations. Contact us to learn more or chat about your project.
