Our simple story…

Since 2012, smpl has provided the best voice solutions powered by the best human-powered customer service experiences. Founded in a (literal) garage in Irvine California (then SimpleTelecom and later Simple Phone Company) was built as a challenge between friends to build a phone solution that was better than available. In the years to follow, we moved to cloud-based platforms, open offices in multiple states, and partnered with amazing customers for exciting solutions. Over the years we’ve added Network support, Managed services, Meetings solutions, and private Wireless Data network.

We’re proud to provide services to incredible community services from Foster Youth to homelessness. As a customer, you help use provide these services at reduced or no cost.
